Our Pet Policy

• Waterstone Place Apartments allows dogs and cats
• We welcome pets upon approval
• There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment
• We do have some breed restrictions.  Please contact our office for up-to-date information.

Pet Fees

• $350 non-refundable pet fee
• $40 per month per pet
